The polyester yarn price still declined in Jiangsu market. Leading manufacturers in Shengze all stabilized the quotations as they has already greatly reduced the quotations yesterday. A local direct spinning manufacturer quoted FDY 50D/24F for 15300 Yuan/ton and DTY 150D/144F for 15900 Yuan/ton. Another melt spinning manufacturer stabilized the quotations. The price dropped in Taicang Market. Some of the POY products decreased 100-200 Yuan/ton and FDY products decreased 100 Yuan/ton. Now a local manufacturer quoted FDY 50D/24F for 14700 Yuan/ton and POY 150D/144F for 12800 Yuan/ton. Manufacturers reported yesterday’s production-marketing was around 50%.
The polyester yarn price kept falling in Zhejiang market. One of the leading manufacturers in Xiao Shan quoted POY 75D/36F for 14000 Yuan/ton and FDY 150D/96F for 13200 Yuan/ton. Another local POY manufacturer quoted POY 75D/36F for 12400 Yuan/ton by cash and POY 150D/144F for 12400 Yuan/ton by cash. Manufacturers reported that straddle attitude was strong on market and the trade volume was as usual. The polyester yarn prices decreased in Shao Xing. A local FDY manufacturer cut the products by 300 Yuan/ton generally and now they quoted FDY 66D/24F for 13900 Yuan/ton and FDY 150D/96F for 12600 Yuan/ton. Manufacturers reported the sales were weak recently. The situation is the same for Tong Xiang market. A local leading manufacturer generally decreased the products for 200 Yuan/ton. Now they quoted DTY 150D/48F for 14000 Yuan/ton and POY 150D/144F for 12850 Yuan/ton. Manufacturers reported that the inventory rose obviously yesterday.
