Good printing Quality with PVA
weight minimum for light color = 285 grams/ meter x 240cm ( medium and dark should be hevier)
silicone finish, calender, faded or rubbing in level 4/5 ,
Per design 1 c/w = 4000 - 5000
2 c/w = 6000 ( @ 3000)
3 c/w = 7500 (@ 2500)
4 c/w = 10,000 (@ 2500)
80% of designs will be repeat within 6 months time
Color screen per colorway varies from 1 up to 12 screen.
Packing in double folded in roll (100 meters / roll)
Printing only in DAWOOD, KAMRAN, GOHAR or at least same level of printer
Shipment in 30-40 days after receiving the designs assortment.(late shipment will not be tolerate)
Inspection will be done by our inspector in Faisalabad, no commision to our inspector needed from your side.
Price in CIF Indonesia . payment 100% CAD
Buying quantity up to 750,000 meters / month.
Target price ; usd 1.22 / mtr CIF
Finishing ; Need to be SOFT, CANDLE FEELING, VERY SOFT NOT STIFF/HARD, THICK FEELING, NO HAIRY/SAND FEELING,
SGS inspection will be needed, and also complete test report from your side.
