Hope everything goes well from you.
We have an enquiry for 60000 Pcs Basic T.shirt Round neck in one colour RED with one colour white (silk screen printing in front. The size of the printing is around A4 size), and 10000pcs same with print in RED color and 10000pcs same with print in BLUE color. All printing design are same.
Total quantity of the t/shirts is 80,000pcs (6,666Dzs) and which is required in 100% Cotton and weight :180 gram and the Red color must be FAST COLOUR (Reactive dyed or good color fastness if direct dyed).
Size: S/38---M40---L/42---XL/44----2 XL/46
CBL 27.5 /28.5 /29.5 /30.5 /31.5
Size ratio: 1 2 4 3 2
Packing : 1 pc/Polybag printed with size and buyer's logo, 1doz assorted size/big polybag, 12Dzs/carton
We need the goods to reach Destination (Curacao) by 31st december 2009...so shipment should be by end November (on board).

Please kindly advise the price to us, based on below point:
1 Please quote us the best FOB (or CIF .....) price. If FOB, advise port of loading.
2. Please provide full specifications (size, material, etc....) of the product in your offer
3. Please give us the full packing details - i.e. quantity/carton, measurement or CBM/Carton, Gross Weight &/or container loading quantity
4. Please also advise the min order quantity/item (if applicable)
5. We prefer to receive offers in Excel format with a photo of the item embedded - or you can also attach (the item only) seperately in jpeg format and we shall embed the same in the excel worksheet
Please do not protect the worksheet - so that we can modify the same to add our profit and quote to the client
6. Please do not offer us in Abode PDF format as we are unable to add our profit margin unless the format of the file is changed to excel or other compatible format....
If you cannot offer in excel, you can also send us in word or text format and we shall do the conversion by ourselves
